Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:

  • Books showing clear signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund posts.

  3. Contact your bank — processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, please email us at ticket@airsglide.com and send the item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.
