Cancellation and Refund Policy

No-show Policy
No-show tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange through ticket protection.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact customer support or your travel advisor and provide a valid hospitalization certificate for medical-related cancellations. Refunds may take 2 to 4 weeks, subject to airline or supplier delays.
Hospitalization Coverage
Airs Glide Ticket Protection allows a 100% refund for unused tickets if the traveler is hospitalized at the time of departure, with proof via a verified hospitalization certificate.
Free-of-Charge Exchange
For partially used tickets, a free exchange is available if the traveler is hospitalized at the scheduled return time, with documentation.
Policy Details
Ticket Protection becomes non-refundable after 24 hours from purchase. Any ticket modifications invalidate the protection, though it may be reapplied at a discounted rate.
Missed Trip Departure
If you miss your flight due to weather conditions or airline-related delays, Airs Glide will rebook your ticket at no charge, provided the same booking class is available.
Baggage Mishandling
Airs Glide Ticket Protection covers mishandled baggage. If your luggage is not returned, a compensation of $1000 per undelivered bag applies.
Ticket Delivery
All tickets are electronic and will be delivered to the email address provided during booking.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. All transactions undergo verification for security purposes.
Limitations of Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of information presented. Airs Glide operates solely as an intermediary for travel products and services.
Waiver of Claims
By using our services, you waive all claims against Airs Glide Online and its affiliates for any inconvenience or losses associated with travel arrangements.

Warsaw Convention and Montreal Convention
For international flights, your travel is subject to either the Warsaw Convention or Montreal Convention, which limit carrier liability. These cover:

Dangerous Goods
